STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Strawberries do not keep long. Store in the refrigerator and keep as cool as possible when not refrigerated.
Strawberries are high in potassium and vitamin C. They also have a high water content and thus makes them fragile and have a short shelf life. To keep strawberries best store in the refrigerator and DO NOT wash or cut until ready to eat. The berries are sandy so please wash before eating.
