COOKING TIPS:
Scrub potatoes throughly before using. Bake, boil, steam, roast, add to soups or root vegetable medleys.

STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Store sweet potatoes in a cool, dry and well ventilated place. Do not refrigerate and do not keep sweet potatoes under 50 degrees. Sweet potatoes are harder to keep than potatoes, but can be kept for months if they are dirt, dry and cool.

NUTRITIONAL DETAILS:
Sweet potatoes originate from Peru and are a member of the morning glory family. It is superbly high in vitamin A and has fair amounts of vitamin C and potassium.
