COOKING TIPS
Melon are best fresh and uncooked. Mix with cottage cheese, other fruits or make a salsa or chutney with herbs and vegetables.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Leave melons out to ripen and store in the crisper bin of the refrigerator to slow ripening.
