Enjoy local produce long after the snow falls
Why limit your local produce enjoyment to summer and fall? We’re proud to offer a winter produce share that’s available for pickup every other week from November through April. Each share features a hefty helping of winter storage veggies such as squash, onions, garlic, potatoes, beets, carrots, and other root vegetables, plus greens like kale, lettuce, and spinach when temperatures are favorable in the high tunnels. We purposefully select varieties that store well and retain their flavor, texture, and nutrition well into the early spring until the next season’s offerings are available. When available, we’ll also tuck into your share box a jug of spring maple syrup made right here on the farm or a jar of honey from the hives on our farm tended by one of our beekeeping friends.
Winter shares begin in November; enrollment will begin in August.
