Add celery to soups salads try it sauteed with other vegetables, or stuff it with cheese or peanut butter.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Store celery in a plastic bag or damp towel in the fridge. Or if room allows store upright in a cup of water in the fridge for best crisp texture. Wash before using, not before storing.
NUTRITIONAL DETAILS:
Celery very high in water and fiber. It is 94% water and takes more energy to digest the fiber in it than you receive from eating the celery. Celery also contains vitamins A, C, B-complex and E.
