Use zucchini in desserts, in stir fries, boiled, grilled and stuffed. See recipes for ideas.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Keep zucchini in a plastic bag in the fridge for one week. Since zucchini is mostly water it will dehydrate quickly if not properly stored.
NUTRITIONAL DETAILS:
Zucchini has the same nutritional benefits as summer squash and also has some niacin and a few grams of carbohydrates per serving.
