Beef

Our cows are a beefalo and Hereford cross that feed strictly on organically grown grass and hay (no corn or soy byproducts), which yields beef with a very healthy fat profile. The beef is exceptionally savory and is available ground into one-pound packages.

Our animals are rotationally grazed on open pasture, which means the herds are moved to fresh grass frequently to keep both the pasture and the animals thriving. Aside from grass, their diets mostly include hay grown and cut on our land and a constant supply of fresh water. We do not supply our livestock with any hormones or antibiotics.
