Broccoli bacon salad
- 1 head broccoli, flower and stems chopped
- 1/2 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dressing: Stir together:1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1/4 cup sugar; 1 Tbsp vinegar
Mix all salad ingredients and stir in dressing. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
