Green bean salad with walnuts

1pound fresh green beans
1/4 cup walnut oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Parboil the beans, drain, and cool. Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and pour dressing over the beans. Sprinkle top with the walnuts. Serves 4-6.
